Elim Garak

Garak is exiled from Cardassia and stays on DS9. He is the son of Enarbran Tain, the former head of the Obsidian Order. Garak may have been a gardener at the Cardassian emmbasy on Romulus, he may have been responsible for the execution of 12 bajoran prisoners, he may have done many other things and also may not have. Garak tells stories and no-one knows which ones are true and which aren't. Garak is bitter enemies with Elmo Dukak. Garak is good friends with Dr. Bashir.
